With over 30 years of experience as an executive in CFO and Senior Finance roles, I have provided comprehensive Annual Reporting, Audits, and related work for semi-annual and annual reports. My strong M&A background includes numerous acquisitions and disposals of businesses, from small private firms to large public company delistings for Private Equity owners. This often entailed negotiating new debt facilities and equity raises with institutional markets, Growth Funds, and private investors. Additionally, I have managed extensive global finance teams, with over 100 staff across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
