Meet Brent, Cubes Advisory Founder

Cubes Advisory provides services to companies with a particular focus on assisting their Finance functions prepare for IPOs, assist with preparing for external equity raises or debt negotiations. Brent Cubis, founder, is a Non Executive Director to both publicly listed and private companies,

He is currently a NED for 4 public companies - ARN Media, Austal, AI Media, Pacific Smiles and the NFPs Silverchain Group and Canteen.  He has previously been a NED for 3 other ASX listed companies, 2 of which were successfully delisted after being sold generating good shareholder returns (A2B & Prime Media). 

Brent has also been Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee for the majority of these companies.  Prior to NED roles, he had over 20 years Executive level experience in senior finance roles for Cochlear, PBL Media (Nine Australia and ACP Magazines), BT Property Trusts, Westfield, and PE Owned businesses.
